Our installation/renovation process is very simple

From the moment you call us we are dedicated to you. We treat you like family and try our very best to please you, with offering various tile choices and options. 

Once we are in a closed agreement, we make a very simple and secure contract that secures both you and us in a trusty environment and we can begin the renovation project. 

We require a 50% deposit from the contract total, depending how big the project is, we usually do either : 

 50% at the beginning of the project /50% at the end of the project. 

 or 50% at the beginning of the project / 25% when the project is halfway done ( we talk and walk with you explaining everyhting every detail of the renovation process , and the final 25% and the very end of the project, satisfying your needs. 

Once we get to the job site, we cover up the floor we walk on so there are no scratches to your current flooring, we cover up any decorations you might have up and take care of your house while we are working on it under our insurance policy.
